(A) The proprietor shall be responsible for payment of all fees, based on the fee adopted and occasionally updated by the Township Board.
(B) Fees may be required for:
(1) Planning and engineering review; legal review; municipal review and administration (including notification and publication costs);
(2) Review, filing and recording as specified in the Land Division Act;
(3) Inspection; and
(4) Connection to public utilities.
