§ 155.04 VESTED RIGHTS.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, no vested rights shall accrue to the owner or developer of any subdivision solely as a result of tentative or final preliminary plat or final plat approval. Furthermore, tentative preliminary plat approval provides no rights or authority to begin improvements or construction related to subdivision development.
