(Ord. rev. 4-1-1997)

   (C)   In each of these cases, the division shall be permitted only if the property owner records an affidavit or deed restriction with the Ingham County Register of Deeds which describes the property and the circumstances and conditions of approval. The affidavit or deed restriction shall be reviewed by the Township Planner and Assessor prior to recording, and the property owner shall provide a copy of the recorded affidavit or deed restriction to the township.
   (D)   An application for division of land in a commercial or industrial district shall not be approved if the division would result in a loss of parking so that:

      (2)   Development on a resulting parcel or parcels would be unable to comply with the minimum parking requirements.
