(A) An appeal may be taken to the Zoning Board of Appeals by any person aggrieved by a decision by the Township Assessor or other body charged with enforcement of this chapter.
(B) In ruling on an appeal related to this chapter, the Zoning Board of Appeals shall follow the general guidelines for appeals as set forth in Chapter 156 of this code.
(C) Nothing in this chapter shall prevent an applicant from seeking a variance from zoning requirements prior to submitting an application for division of land pursuant to this chapter.
