(A) The administrative officials of the township shall be the Township Planning Commission and the Williamstown Township Board which will review all development and subdivision proposals to ensure compliance with this chapter.
(B) All development will be prohibited within areas of special flood hazard as provided by the Flood Insurance Study Maps.
(C) The Planning Commission and the Township Board shall hear and decide all appeals and requests for variances from the requirements of this chapter consistent with the standards of § 60.3 (d) and 60.6 (a) of the Rules and Regulations of the National Flood Insurance Program (44 C.F.R. parts 59 et seq.).
