§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   Any violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor. Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to punishment by a fine not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment not exceeding 90 days for each offense, or both, at the discretion of the Court. Each day a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
