(A) This chapter and each of the various parts, sections, divisions, provisions, sentences and clauses are severable.
(B) If any part, section, divisions, provision or clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, the finding shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this chapter, which shall remain in full force and effect.
