§ 150.41 APPROPRIATION OR ENCUMBRANCE OF REAL PROPERTY.
   No person shall enter upon any of the public land belonging to the township and dig up the earth or deposit any earth, rock or other substances, nor shall any person erect or attempt to erect any structures of any kind, or in any other manner attempt to appropriate or encumber any portion of the real estate belonging to the township, unless the person shall have first obtained proper authority to do so.
