(A) A horse, pony or other draft animal may be brought upon park property, unless otherwise posted; provided that, the horse or draft animal is kept under the full and immediate control of a competent person at all times.
(B) It shall be unlawful to ride a horse, pony or other draft animal in a careless, negligent or reckless manner so as to endanger persons or property.
(C) Feces deposited by a horse, pony or other draft animal shall be disposed of in a sanitary manner by the person in control of the horse, pony or other draft animal.
