(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt, catch, wound, kill, trap, shoot or throw objects at any bird or animal; or to molest or rob the nest of any bird or any lair, den or burrow of any animal. This provision is not intended to prevent protective action against dangerous animals by the Ingham County Sheriff Department or by special park use permit.
(B) Fishing is permitted in township parks, subject to state laws and regulations.
