§ 150.23 REFUSE, TRASH AND LITTER.

It shall be unlawful for any person to dump, deposit or leave any bottles, glass, ashes, paper, boxes, cans, cartons, dirt, rubbish, waste, garbage or other trash, except that which is incidental to the intended use of the park. Refuse, trash and litter generated during proper use of the park shall be deposited in trash receptacles.
