§ 150.21 HOURS OF USE.

Parks shall be closed for public use between sundown and sunrise, unless otherwise permitted or restricted by resolution of the Township Board, or unless otherwise permitted by a special park use permit. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter, loiter or remain in a park after it is closed to the public.
