(A) The 457 Retirement Plan offered by Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company as described to the Board is approved for adoption and implementation by the township.
(B) The Supervisor and Clerk are authorized by this section to execute those documents necessary for the implementation of the 457 Retirement Plan offered by Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company and that the plan be implemented.
(C) The Clerk is hereby authorized to immediately publish this ordinance by inserting a true copy of this section once in a newspaper circulating within the township, pursuant to M.C.L.A. § 41.184(3).
(D) This section shall take effect the day following the date of publication of this section, pursuant to M.C.L.A. § 41.184(2)(b).
