(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for a period of not more than 90 days, or both fine and imprisonment.
(B) Notwithstanding the existence of any criminal remedy as hereinbefore provided, any cable communications system or cable communications service in violation of any provisions of this chapter shall constitute a nuisance per se, and the township shall be empowered to seek injunctive relief in a court of appropriate jurisdiction to enjoin the violation and abate the nuisance.
