(A) Indemnification. Any person granted a franchise pursuant to this chapter shall have no recourse whatsoever against the Township of Williamstown, its officers, boards, commissions, agents or employees for any loss, costs, expense or damage arising out of any provision or requirement of this chapter or the enforcement thereof.
(B) Section headings. Section headings as set forth in this chapter are for convenience only and shall not be a part of this chapter, nor be used to construe any provision hereof more broadly or narrowly than its text would indicate.
