Any person, firm or corporation, or combination thereof, including officers of any contracting agent, found guilty of violating the provisions of this chapter or the provisions of Chapter 1061, which regulates the collection and disposal of solid waste within the City, shall be prohibited from hauling solid waste within the City for a period of three years from the date of such conviction. Such licensing sanctions shall be in addition to any penalties that may be invoked by a court pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 1061.
