1737.12. Injunction.
   The Commissioner of Health, upon determining that a home is operating without a license, may certify the matter to the Director of Law, who is hereby authorized to petition the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County for an order enjoining any person from operating the home.

1737.13. Conflict of law.
   In the event of conflict between any provisions of this chapter, including any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to its provisions and any provisions of other City ordinances, including any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to such ordinances, the more restrictive provision or provisions shall prevail.

1737.99. Penalty.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day a person operates in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
