1737.06. Temporary license.
   (a)   A temporary license shall be issued to a home for the first six months of operation if the home has not previously been licensed as a home. At the end of the first six months of operation, the Commissioner of Health shall issue a regular license, issue a provisional license or refuse to issue a license. A temporary license shall not be renewed.
   (b)   Before issuing a temporary license, the Commissioner may require a home to submit an acceptable plan of correction for the home. The home shall implement the plan of correction within the time limitation of the temporary license period.
   (c)   A temporary license shall not be granted under this chapter if the proposed residential home for the elderly has not obtained a certificate of occupancy from the Division of Inspection, and obtained approval upon inspection from the Fire Prevention Bureau.
