18.05.030   Determination of boundaries.
   A.   Where uncertainty exists, the boundary of any zone shall be determined as follows:
      1.   Where a boundary is indicated as approximately following a street or alley line, or the centerline thereof, or a lot line, such line shall be construed to be such boundary.
      2.   Where a boundary divides a lot, the location of such boundary, unless indicated by dimensions, shall be determined by referencing the adopted ordinance map and/or legal description of approved rezoning case for exact dimensions.
      3.   Where a public street, alley, railroad or other right-of-way is vacated or abandoned, the zone applied to abutting property shall thereafter be deemed to extend to the center line of such vacated or abandoned right-of-way.
   B.   Questions concerning the exact location of boundaries not covered shall be determined by the board of adjustment, in accordance with Chapter 18.93 (Boards of Adjustment and Appeals).
