EDITOR’S NOTE: Ordinance 96-05, passed February 26, 1996, authorized the City Manager to enter into a sewer service agreement with the Village of Canal Winchester under which the Village will supply sewer service to the City of Pickerington and its residents for a period of fifty years. Copies of this ordinance and of the agreement may be obtained, at cost, from the Manager.
This chapter was repealed and re-enacted in its entirety by Ordinance 2000-40, passed June 6, 2000.
