The police manual of the village, having been developed specifically for the village with outside expertise in conjunction with a blue ribbon committee of former village officials, and having been reviewed by the Golf police chief and the Golf police department, and having been reviewed by the village trustees and the village president, is duly approved and adopted as the official manual of the police department of the village.
