10-1-1: SHORT TITLE:
This chapter shall be known as the OFFICIAL VILLAGE PLAN for the village. (Ord., 6-13-1949; amd. 1989 Code)
10-1-2: ADOPTION OF PLAN:
The comprehensive plan of public improvements looking to the present and future development of the village and regulating land subdivisions within the corporate limits, which plan has been prepared and recommended to the village board of trustees by the building commissioner is hereby adopted and made the official village plan. (Ord., 6-13-1949; amd. 1989 Code)
