5-5-1: LICENSE REQUIRED:

   A.   Generally: Every owner of a motor vehicle who resides or has his place of business within the village shall be required to purchase an annual license and it shall be unlawful for any owner of a motor vehicle to not obtain an annual license for such vehicle. (Ord., 4-11-1983)

   B.   Leased And Rented Vehicles: Motor vehicles in the custody of a resident, or a firm whose place of business is located within the village, shall also be required to be licensed within the village unless said motor vehicle has a current license from another municipal entity. (Ord., 4-11-1983; amd. 1989 Code)

5-5-2: APPLICATION FOR LICENSE:

Every owner or user desiring a license for any such vehicle shall file an application for same with the village clerk upon such form(s) as the village clerk may prescribe. (Ord., 4-11-1983)
