1125.95 STORY, GROUND.
   "Ground story" means the lowest story the floor of which is not more than three and one-half (3-1/2) feet below the average contact ground level at the exterior walls of the building, such ground level to be at the top of any walled areas, except that any basement used for residence purposes other than for a janitor or caretaker or his or her household shall be deemed a ground or first story.

1125.96 STREET, PRIVATE.
   "Private street" means any private right-of-way, square, lane or way set aside as a permanent right-of-way.

1125.97 STREET, PUBLIC.
   "Public street" means a right-of-way which is more than thirty (30) feet in width and which provides a public means of access to abutting property for motor vehicles.

1125.98 STRUCTURAL ALTERATION.
   "Structural alteration" means any change in the supporting members of a building or structure, such as bearing walls, columns, beams or girders, or any substantial changes in the roof of a building.

1125.99 STRUCTURE.
   "Structure" means anything constructed, the use of which requires permanent or temporary location on the ground or attachment to something having permanent location on the ground.
