1125.63 NONCONFORMING USE.

"Nonconforming use" means a building, other structure or land lawfully occupied or used at the time of enactment of this Zoning Code, or any amendment hereto, that does not conform to the provisions of this Zoning Code and as amended for the district in which it is located.
