It is the purpose of the H-I Heavy Industrial District to accommodate a broad range of industrial activities diverse in products, operational techniques and sizes which have a greater potential impact upon their environment than those permitted in the Light Industrial District.

C. Contract Construction Services.
D. Heavy Manufacturing and Storage.
E. Light Manufacturing and Storage.
F. Lock and Store Warehouses.
G. Off-Premises Signs.
H. Printing and Publishing.
I. Public Utility Yard.
J. Research and Development Laboratories.
K. Truck Terminals.
L. Warehousing.
M. Any other use determined by the Building Inspector to be of the same general character as the above permitted uses.
