1125.101 TOXIC OR NOXIOUS SUBSTANCE.
   "Toxic or noxious substance" means any solid, liquid or gaseous matter including, but not limited to, gas, vapor, dust, fumes and mist containing properties which by chemical means are inherently harmful and likely to destroy life and impair health, or are capable of causing injury to the well being of persons or damage to property.

1125.102 TRANSITIONAL HOUSING.
   "Transitional housing" means temporary housing or shelter where residents stay less than twenty-four (24) months while receiving rehabilitative and related services provided on the premises.

1125.103 TRUCK TERMINAL.
   "Truck terminal" means a premises which is used for the loading and unloading of trucks upon which the storage of cargo is incidental to the primary function of motor freight shipment or shipment point, and which is designed to accommodate the simultaneous loading or unloading of two (2) or more trucks.

1125.104 USE.
   "Use" means the purpose for which land or a building or structure is arranged, designed, or intended, or for which either land or a building or structure is, or may be, occupied or maintained.

1125.105 USE, ACCESSORY.
   "Accessory use" means the use subordinate to the principal use of a building on the same lot and serving a purpose naturally and normally incidental to such principal use of a building, provided any such use was begun at the same time or after the construction of the principal building.

1125.106 USE, CONDITIONAL.
   "Conditional use" means a use which is permitted in a district only if such use is expressly authorized by the Planning Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals, and/or City Council.

   "Principally permitted use" means a use which is permitted outright in a district.
