§ 401.60 Stop Intersection
   “Stop intersection” means any intersection at one (1) or more entrances of which stop signs are erected.

§ 401.61 Street or Highway
   “Street” or “highway” are synonymous and mean the entire width between the boundary lines of every way open to the use of the public as a thoroughfare for purposes of vehicular travel.

§ 401.62 Taxicab
   “Taxicab” means a coach driven by mechanical power on which a taximeter is affixed.

§ 401.63 Taximeter
   “Taximeter” means a mechanical instrument or device by which the charge for hire of a public hack is mechanically calculated, either for distance traveled, for waiting time or both, and upon which such charges are indicated by means of figures.

§ 401.64 Through Street or Highway
   “Through street or highway” means every street or highway as provided in Section 413.02.

§ 401.65 Thruway
   “Thruway” means a through street or highway whose entire roadway is reserved for through traffic and on which roadway parking is prohibited.

§ 401.66 Traffic
   “Traffic” means pedestrians, ridden or herded animals, vehicles, streetcars, trackless trolleys, and other devices, either singly or together, while using for purposes of travel any highway or private road open to public travel.
