1260.01 MEANING OF WORDS AND PHRASES.
   As used in this Zoning Code, certain terms are hereby defined. Words used in the present tense include the future; the singular number includes the plural and the plural the singular; and the masculine includes the feminine gender. The word "building" includes the word "structure" and the word "shall" is mandatory and not directory. (Ord. 340. Passed 12-19-66.)
1260.02 ACCESSORY BUILDING AND ACCESSORY USE.
   "Accessory building" means a subordinate building or portion of the main building, the use of which is incidental to that of the main building or to the main use of the premises. "Accessory use" means a use which is incidental to the main use of the premises.

1260.03 AGRICULTURE.
   "Agriculture" means the use of land for agricultural purposes. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to, necessary buildings and structures which are used for agriculture, including farming, dairying, pasturage, agriculture, horticulture, floriculture, viticulture and animal and poultry husbandry, and the necessary accessory uses for packing, treating and storing the produce thereof. However, the operation of any such accessory uses shall be secondary to that of the normal agricultural activities. Buildings occupied as residences shall not be considered to be used for agricultural purposes.
