1260.55 PARKING AREA, ACCESSORY.

"Accessory parking area" means an area of one or more parking spaces located on the same premises as the building, structure or premises it is intended to serve, or on adjoining or nearby property, and of such shape and nature as to be appropriate and usable for the parking, storage, loading or unloading of vehicles.
