1260.30 GARAGE, PRIVATE, CLASS I.

"Class I private garage" means an accessory building designed or used for housing motor vehicles which are the property and for the private use of the occupants of the premises on which the private garage is located. Not more than one of such vehicles may be a commercial vehicle of not more than three tons capacity.
