1260.13 BUILDING.

"Building" means a structure for the shelter or enclosure of persons, animals or chattels. When a building is divided into separate parts by unpierced walls extending from the ground floor to the ceiling of the top floor thereof, each part is deemed to be a separate building for the purposes of this Zoning Code.
