1260.54 NONCONFORMING USE.

"Nonconforming use" means a building, structure or premises lawfully occupied at the time of the enactment of this Zoning Code (Ordinance 340, passed December 19, 1966) by a use that does not conform with the provisions of this Zoning Code for the district in which it is located and also such use resulting from any change hereafter made in zoning districts or in the text of this Zoning Code hereafter.
