1260.28 FILLING STATION, MOTOR FUEL.

"Motor fuel filling station" means a building or premises used for the dispensing, sale or offering for sale at retail of any automobile fuel or oil. When such activity is incidental to the conduct of a public garage, the premises are classified as a garage.
