1260.36 HIGHWAY AND PRIMARY THOROUGHFARE.

"Highway" and "primary thoroughfare" mean an officially designated Federal or State numbered highway or other road designated as a highway or primary thoroughfare on the "Thoroughfare Plan" as officially adopted and amended from time to time by the Planning Commission.
