"District" means a part or section of the City and certain surrounding contiguous territory, for which the regulations governing the use of buildings and premises, the height of buildings, the size of yards and the intensity of use thereof, is uniform, all as shown on the District Zoning Map, as specifically set forth in Section 1262.01.
