1260.17 COURT, OUTER.

"Outer court" means a court which is open for its full width on a street or other permanent open space. Its width Is the horizontal dimension which is substantially parallel to the principal open end thereof and its depth is the horizontal distance between the principal open end and the end opposite thereto.
