3.90.180   Declaration.
   The proceeds of the taxes imposed by this chapter may be used for any lawful purpose of the city, as authorized by ordinance, resolution or action of the city council or by ordinance adopted by the electorate of the city. These taxes do not meet the criteria established by Section (d) of Article XIIIC of the Constitution of the State of California for special taxes, and are general taxes imposed for general government purposes.
