11.04.010 Definitions.

   For the purposes of this title, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:

   A.   “Airport” means the Chico Municipal Airport, five miles north of Chico, Butte County, California.

   B.   “Airport manager” means the manager of the airport, or a duly authorized representative.

   C.   “Commission” means the airport commission of the city.
