3.16.010 Authorized for purchases under $25,000.00.

   Purchases of supplies, equipment, and contractual services, as well as sales of personal property having an estimated value under $25,000.00 may be made by the purchasing officer in the open market without observing the formal contract procedures prescribed in Chapter 3.20.
