A license issued under this chapter shall be revoked if:
(a) The City Manager determines that the license application contained false statements on any material matter.
(b) An individual licensee or, if the licensee is a partnership, any partner, or, if the licensee is a corporation, the managing agent or any officer, director or shareholder, is convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude.
(c) Any provision of this chapter is violated.
