No person owning, renting, managing or occupying any premises shall allow such premises to be used as a place of assignation or a place of resort for common prostitutes. No person owning, renting, managing or occupying any premises shall permit persons having the name and reputation of being common prostitutes to congregate and assemble in or upon such premises. No person owning, renting, managing or occupying any premises shall allow the same to be used for any illegal or immoral purpose.
