EDITOR'S NOTE: Because of the frequency of change, provisions relating to regular compensation and bonds are not codified. The City enters into Agreements, from time to time, with representatives of various classes of Municipal employees. Such Agreements provide for compensation, benefits and conditions of employment. The City also enacts ordinances from time to time providing for compensation, benefits and/or conditions of employment for particular officers and employees. The provisions of this chapter, therefore, are applicable only to those personnel and those subjects not otherwise provided for in such Agreements and/or such ordinances. In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of this chapter and a provision of any such Agreement or ordinance, the provision of such Agreement or ordinance prevails. Copies of the latest relevant legislation, and of such Agreements, may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
