From and after the effective date of this section (Ordinance 70-42, passed September 8, 1970) the City will furnish at its cost two uniforms for the Humane Officer, who is a member of the Department of Public Safety, and for certain employees of the City who are members of the Water and Sewer Bureaus, the Division of Streets and the Division of Cemeteries. These uniforms will be replaced as needed and at the discretion of the Safety Director or the Service Director.
