EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 82R-13, passed October 4, 1982, authorized a union of the Erie County General Health District and the Vermilion City Health District, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3709.07, and provided that public health services would be administered in the Combined Health District by a Combined Board of Health consisting of members representing cities, townships and villages in Erie County. Copies of this resolution may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
There are no sections in Chapter 250. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
