252.04 RECORDS OF SICK LEAVE TO BE KEPT.
   For the purposes of keeping complete and accurate records in order to carry out the provisions of Section 252.02, the Director of Finance shall set up and maintain complete data and records of sick leave, and for the purpose of sick leave, the records shall be retroactive to November 1, 1949, in all cases where such dates and information are available.
