The Mayor's Environmental Advisory Board is charged with recommending a comprehensive community environmental policy as well as but not limited to the following:
(a) Promoting the sharing of information between the business community, environmental groups, local government and the community as a whole on matters affecting the environment of the Toledo community.
(b) Promoting a public awareness of the positive environmental efforts and achievements of local businesses, residents and government.
(c) Soliciting suggestions, reviewing and commenting on governmental, business and community practices and initiatives which affect the environment.
(d) Making recommendations for local regulatory policies and implementation plans with respect to environmental matters.
