A Sleepy Hollow Park Advisory Board consisting of fifteen (15) members is hereby authorized. The membership of this board shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to the confirmation by majority vote of the Council of the City of Toledo.

In connection with the first appointment of the members of said Advisory Board, five (5) shall be appointed for a one-year term, five (5) for a two-year term, and five (5) for a three-year term. All subsequent appointments shall be for the unexpired vacancies which may occur, or for a three-year term.

The Sleepy Hollow Park Advisory Board is formed to perform the following duties:
To guide the development of Sleepy Hollow Park and to serve in an advisory capacity to the Mayor, City Council, and the Department of Parks, Recreation and Forestry of the City of Toledo concerning the development of a master plan, construction of facilities, development of programs, and other such matters pertaining to the development and administration of the park as may be requested. The Board shall render periodic reports and recommendations to the Council as it deems necessary.
