180.01. Commission created.

   There is hereby created the Toledo Urban Forestry Commission which shall consist of not less than fifteen and not more than twenty-one members who shall serve without compensation.

180.02. Membership.

   The membership of this Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to the confirmation by majority vote of Council. The members of this Commission are to be appointed for the following terms:

   5 to 7 for one year;

   5 to 7 for two years;

   5 to 7 for three years.

   All future appointments are to be for three-year terms. Vacancies in unexpired terms shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointments.
