170.01. Board created.

      There is hereby created the Wilson Park Advisory Board, which shall consist of not less than five (5) nor more than fifteen (15) members who shall serve without compensation.

170.02. Membership.

   The membership of this Board shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to the confirmation by a majority vote of the City Council, and all of the members shall have voting power.
